BOWLING FOR COLOMBINE TWO

In Virginia (U.S.A), a Campus student named Cho Seung-Hui he killed thirty one students, and then, he killed himself.

Cho Seung-Hui had 23 years old when he killed 32 people.

One of the university teachers faced Cho and distract him, and thanks for that, his alumns can left by the window. Then, Cho killed to the teacher, but the class alumns was out of danger.
Definitively, all it was a massacre, and I only hope that it don't repeat in a future.

Interactive whiteboard

The interactive whiteboard is like a blackboard but with much more possibilities, infinite more possibilities. It has three elements:

- The projector
- The interactive whiteboard
- The computer.

The computer screen is projected in the interactive whiteboard and with a special pen you can use the computer programs. You can install speciall programs for the interactive whiteboard and use this programs with the pen too.
In the other hand, the interactive white board is more useful than blackboard because it doesn't make dust and you don't have to worry about chalks and eraser.

The speciall programs from the interactive whiteboard are very interesting because, like I have said before, it have infinite possibilities.

Sahara's problem

West of Sahara, occupied by Marruecos, is, probably, the African nation with one of the most complex situations at this moment. The unjust colonization and later leavement from part of Spain, still continue having consequences. The saharauis are living badly in west of argelia since 1975, when Marruecos, seizing that Franco was dying, they invaded West of Sahara and expelled the saharauis from its homes.
I only hope that all this big problem it solved soon.
Easter holidays in Asturias.

In easter holidays I have gone to Asturias with my parents and my aunt. We have been for five days in Valles, a little town in the orient of Asturias. In this town are very pretty landscapes, and we could see the "Picos de Europa" from there, but Valles are very boring to live there, because in this town are not young people.

We have gone to Buelna too, another town located at the coast. The mountains were next to the beach, and there was more people than in Valles. In Buelna we saw the "Bufones": When the tide is high, the sea water come in a cave and bang into the rocks. It go up 10-30 meters and go out to the superfice through a big hole in the hill.

As well as all this, we have gone to more places like Burgos or Tordesillas, where we saw the "Tratado de Tordesillas". The travel has been generally very good.

Christmas in other countries
Cristmas is a christianity celebration. This celebration is celebrated in all the cristian's countries and each country celebrate it differently. In Italia the tipical christmas food are the lentils, and in cities like Milan or Roma they throw the old objects by the window for undo of the past.
In Perú, if you dress yellow, you'll have luck the next year, and when the 12 belleds sound, people exit to the street and throw backwards a water glass, expelling therefore the bad auguries.
In Alemania, the custom is leave food in the plate for have full the pantry in the incoming year.
Each countries, each traditions. Thus are Christmas, and the new year day.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
The Christmas tradition is a Christianity celibration. It celebrates the Jesus birth. Here, in Spain, the tradition is that the 5th January in the night, the "Reyes Magos" visit all the houses, and the 6th in the morning, when people get up, there are at home presents for all.
Actually, the 25th December, Papá Noel goes to all the houses, and he brings presents too, but Papa Noel is a new imported tradition, because the old real spanish tradition is the Reyes Magos.
We have an other tradition too, it treat that in new year eve, at 12 o'clock, we eat 12 grapes, one for each belled, and if you eat all grapes, you'll have much luck in the next year.

KISS

When you recive a kiss, you feel enjoy, when you recive a kiss, you forget the problems, when you recive a kiss, you think only in this kiss, and you are funny all the day. I thing that one kiss is like a dream, because you are disappointed when you wake up of that dream, but even so, you are funny because now, you have a good thought about this dream. I can't explain exactly what is a kiss, but I can sey that this is very beautiful, an unforgettable experiencie.

LEÓN

In easter I went to León with my parents, we went to a friend's house. León is in the west of Spain, it is a very beautifull town because there are a lot of monuments, and is an rural and cosy place. The best monument of León is the "catedral de León". Is an enormous cathedral whith a lot of show windows that when the night arrive a light inside the cathedral are ignited and the show windows shine with a precious brilliance. In León we saw a lot of monuments, cathedrals, old churches and an hermitage too. We went too to the "barrio húmedo", that is called thus because the people of the town celebrate there the "procesión de san Genaro". San Genaro was a drunkard whom used to go to bars and puticlubs every night , but a day an lorry run him over while he was pooing in the street. Since this day, the people of the tawn celebrate all the years the "procesión de san Genaro", an celebration in honor of san Genaro that it consists of making the route that he used to take. This celebration lasts the whole night and pass by all the bars to he went.

MOZAMBIQUE

Mozambique is a poor country, but it is very rich in humanity. Very much people die there because of AIDS, and the Mozambique economy is one of lowest economies of the world. The 80% of his agricultural production is of subsistence, but they have nothing to eat.
The other big problem in this country is the illiteracy, people hasn't culture, and this is an important reason because they can't stoped AIDS.
They don't understand preventive measures and for this reason the AIDS is a very dangerous epidemic.
Another big problem in Mozambique is politic corruption.

Online games (Chats)

I thing that in the online games people can learn english. When I play to online game named Diablo II, all the people speak in english, and if you don't make an effort, you can't understand that the other people says, also, you have to speak in english too, because if you don't speak in english, the other people don't understand you. For this reason, I thing that in the online games you can learn english, because little by little you understand more things. My father says: "You are all the time whith the same game! This is very bad!". I thing that is not all bad, because I learn a little of english.

Is too better learn english in paper or in the blog?

I thing that is better learn english in the blog for several reasons:
In the blog, you can put photos, you can put links too, but the main reason is that you can put commentaries. Here, the debate is fomented, for that reason the blog is better than paper. Also, you learn the new technologies. This is my opinion about all this.

THE SECRET AGENT

In August I read a book named The secret agent, from Joseph Conrad. I don't stand the book very good because my english is not very good... But I have understood the beginning.

Mr. Verloc is a fat man who owns a bookshop in London. Mr. Verloc is married with a young woman called Winnie. They lives in a backroom of the shop, with Stevie, the Winnie's brother. Stevie has a problem, He can't remember things, so Mr. Verloc and Winnie have to look after him. Mr Verloc is also an anarchist, he belongs to a group of anarcists who have meetings in his house. They all want to see a revolution in Britan, but Mr Verloc wasn't do very much about it. He just wants to be comfortable and to look after his shop.

This is everything that I have understood about the book.

LA TOMATINA

La Tomatina is a popular party that is celebrated in Buñol(Valencia). It is celebrated the last wensday of august.
In La Tomatina approximately 100 tons of tomato are sent. In this party are about 40.000 persons, but my family tell me that some time ago, in La Tomatina, they went only the people of the town, so it was more fun as now. Unfortunately, this was lost. Actually this war of tomatos with so many people, it is a little dangerous.

Toulon (France)

In august I went to Toulon with my family. We were in my parents friend's house. Toulon is not very nice, but it has a very beautiful port. And near of Toulon there were others cities and towns more interesting as Toulon. So, we went to Marsella, Aix en Provence, Sanary, Tourtour, La Cadière d'Azur... From those towns I liked over all Tourtour, it was a precious medieval town, but when we went there it was raining very much, but it was very nice visite it under the rain in the nigth. Even so I would have liked to go another day to see Tourtour better.

STOP FIRE (E.T.A.)

E.T.A. is a spanish terrorist organization who starts to kill over 1970. Their fight was directed against the regime of Franco, but later, whith the democracy, E.T.A., more and more, continued killing indiscriminately. In their attacks they killed childrens and other inocent people. Their actions were more fascist than the Fascism. The 3/22/2006 E.T.A. sends a letter to the government who says: "permanent cease-fire". That letter is very important because it means that may be they won't return to kill. Now they are going to try negotiate. I wish that all leaves good.

DIGITAL ILLITERACY
"Digital illiteracy" is a way to say that you don't know nothing of computer science, this is not a very educated form to say it...but I recognize that I'm a little "digital illiterate", because often I don't clarify myself whith the way to work in the computer...but I do it well with the computer games!!
I think that the "digital illiteracy" is something that will go little by little disappearing if we use the computer too as a work tool.
